What is your retail return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. As such, we gladly accept retail returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. We will exchange the item or issue a refund.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, simply replace the gift in its original packaging and contact our customer service department at 214-631-7117 or e-mail us at email@example.com with the following information:
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. Write your RA# on the packing slip and return the item(s) to:

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Please note that any custom special orders are not returnable. If there is a problem with a custom item, please contact us within 7 business days.
We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that have been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact. We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions.
