What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our principal concern at 3marthas.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we will exchange it or issue a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. (**Please note that custom special orders and monogrammed items are not returnable). If there is a problem with any of the above non-returnable items, please contact us within 7 business days.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, just replace the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department at 214-631-7117, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) or e-mail us at email@example.com

Request for refund or exchange
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. We regret that made to order monogrammed items are not returnable. We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions. Write your RA# on the packing slip and return to:

Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or gets lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it arrived to you damaged, we will refund your shipping costs.
All sales become final after 30 days.
How do I place and order offline?
We encourage you to place orders via our secure server online, however, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Simply contact Customer Service via phone at 214-631-7117 during regular business hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday. What is your product availability?
We make every effort to keep products in stock and available for shipment. Occasionally, however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping, in which case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on back order. If your order will be delayed by more than five days, we will contact you to confirm that you would still like to receive the shipment.
What are your payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We never include the receipt with orders, as many purchases are gifts. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon the shipment of your order. If you need another copy of your receipt please contact us and we will email one to you.
Do you charge sales tax?
3 Marthas collects 8.25% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Texas.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
3 Marthas does not provide gift wrapping service at this time.
Can I cancel an order?
3 Marthas works to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please email us the same business day at email@example.com
and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your item has already shipped, please see our Return Policy.
What method of shipping do you use?
We ship all of our packages UPS ground unless you are shipping to a post office box or a state that is not part of the continental United States.
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On the day your order ships you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation number.
When you place your order, you will be given an approximation of the shipping cost based on the weight of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, 3 Marthas does not ship items outside the 50 United States.
What is your store protection policy?
A store must order at least $2000 a year to be protected from other retailers in close vicinity.
